As the architects behind this project, we are deeply proud of the design’s success in revitalizing this historic Riverside landmark. This award recognizes “extraordinary, precedent-setting preservation achievements” that transcend standard categories. Our goal was to honor the integrity of this 1950s-era site while transforming it into a vibrant, modern community space for dining and retail.
