POV: If I could only pick 3 leg exercises… it’s these. 👇🏾
1️⃣ Hack Squats
Probably one of the best exercises for building overall leg size. The hack squat lets you load the quads heavy while keeping more stability and control throughout the movement. Amazing for depth, tension, and pushing intensity safely. Quads will be on fire. 🔥
2️⃣ Hip Thrusts
One of the most underrated movements for building glutes, strength, and a stronger posterior chain. Your posterior chain helps with power, posture, athletic performance, lower back support, and overall strength. Weak posterior chain = weak foundation.
3️⃣ Seated Calf Raises
Most people neglect calves… then wonder why their legs don’t look complete. Seated calf raises target the soleus muscle, which adds thickness and density to the lower leg. Strong calves also help with ankle stability and overall athletic movement.
Build the full leg. Not just the quads. 💯
