I found these for my husband and he really liked them.

Today I was researching info for a client and was shocked to learn how many grams of sugar is hidden in our food. So many of us are pre-diabetic and need to become more aware and read labels and that includes me!!! My weight, food choices, exercise, fiber, sleep, stress, waist measurement and BMI are all great, but the 2 areas I have to be more vigilant about are, weight training and going to the gym and sticking to 25g of total sugar per day. For men the total is 36g. My “harmless”extra snack has 7g of sugar so now I realize how far off the mark I have been. My breakfast and bar totals 13g so I only have 12g left for the day🥺I still had my favorites but smaller servings and managed to be within my 25g daily limit👏😍 06/11/2026
