Fresh Mango Strawberry Swirled Slushies Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Mango Slushie:
• 2 cups fresh mango chunks (about 2 medium mangos), frozen
• 1/2 cup coconut water or water
• 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
• Juice of 1 lime (optional, for added tanginess)
For the Strawberry Slushie:
• 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved, frozen
• 1/2 cup coconut water or water
• 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
• Juice of 1/2 lime (optional, for added tanginess)
For Swirling:
• Additional coconut water or water as needed
• Fresh mango slices and strawberry halves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Mango Slushie:
o In a blender, combine the frozen mango chunks, coconut water or water, honey or sugar (if using), and lime juice (if using).
o Blend until smooth and slushy. Add more coconut water or water as needed to achieve the desired consistency. Transfer the mango slushie to a separate container and set aside.
2. Prepare the Strawberry Slushie:
o Rinse out the blender and add the frozen strawberry halves, coconut water or water, honey or sugar (if using), and lime juice (if using).
o Blend until smooth and slushy, adding more coconut water or water as needed. Transfer the strawberry slushie to a separate container.
3. Swirl the Slushies:
o Fill serving glasses halfway with the mango slushie.
o Carefully pour the strawberry slushie on top of the mango slushie, creating a swirling effect.
o Use a spoon or straw to gently swirl the two slushies together, creating a marbled pattern.
4. Garnish and Serve:
o Garnish the swirled slushies with fresh mango slices and strawberry halves if desired.
o Serve immediately with straws or spoons for sipping and enjoy the refreshing and fruity flavors!

Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 green bell pepper, diced
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
• 1/4 cup beef broth or water
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons steak sauce (such as A1 or HP sauce)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 hoagie rolls or hamburger buns
• 1 cup shredded provolone or Swiss cheese
Instructions:
1. Cook Ground Beef and Vegetables:
o In a large skillet or frying pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if needed.
o Add the diced bell pepper, onion, garlic, and sliced mushrooms (if using) to the skillet with the cooked ground beef. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
2. Add Sauce:
o Stir in the beef broth (or water), ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and steak sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is heated through and the flavors are well combined.
3. Assemble Sandwiches:
o Slice the hoagie rolls or hamburger buns in half horizontally and place them on a baking sheet.
o Spoon the Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joe mixture onto the bottom halves of the rolls.
o Sprinkle shredded provolone or Swiss cheese over the top of the meat mixture.
4. Broil:
o Preheat the oven broiler to high.
o Place the assembled sandwiches under the broiler for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the bread is lightly toasted. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning.
5. Serve:
