Kudos to Coach Timorei Spaulding and I AM Movement. The Irvine City Council has selected both as 2025 Wall of Recognition honorees. This program recognizes those who have made significant contributions to The City. The Wall of Recognition is a symbol that embodies the spirit of activism, involvement, and pride that defines Irvine.

Congratulations to all the honorees who will be recognized during a ceremony at Colonel Bill Barber Marine Corps Memorial Park on June 9th. Bravo for a job well done.

In the seminar, “Parkinson’s and Acupuncture,” Dr. Bennett will discuss how the disease affects the body, including common symptoms like shaking, stiffness, and trouble with movement. She’ll explain how acupuncture and functional medicine can help support people living with Parkinson’s disease.

Dr. Stefanie Bennett has been in practice for over 20 years. She holds a master’s degree in Oriental medicine and herbology and a Ph.D. in acupuncture. At Bennett Acupuncture & Functional Medicine, she and her staff are committed to serving the people of Orange County.

TOP-UP, PLEASE!

I AM Movement is accepting pasta donations for Caterina's Clubub. Its mission is to feed kids in need. Can three is halfway full. Your packaged items can bring it to the brim.

There's still time to donate to the 15th Annual KFI PastaThon benefiting Caterina's Club. I AM Movement is a designated drop-off station for KFI AM 640 event. The final two days to drop off your noodles and sauce are:

- Monday, December 1st, from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm
- Tuesday, December 2nd, from 8:30 am to 11 am

Items can be left at I AM Movement, located at 17775 Main Street, Suite E, in Irvine.

On Giving Tuesday (December 2), I AM Movement will deliver the pasta ingredients to Chef Bruno at PastaThon event held at the Anaheim White House Restaurant.
