In the first quarter of 2026, Smiles for Everyone Philippines provided 2,682 dental treatments to 2,333 patients across underserved communities nationwide.

Through 14 outreach clinic days in 10 locations across Luzon and Mindanao, our teams reached local and tribal communities with essential dental care, helping restore oral health and improve quality of life.

This impact was made possible through the dedication of 53 volunteer dentists and 153 volunteers, along with the support of partners who share our mission.

💙 On February 6, 2026, a simple dental outreach in Barrio Fátima, Paraguay became a powerful reminder of why this work matters.

A 32-year-old mother of three came to the clinic at the Dios Proveerá community dining center, carrying not only dental pain, but the weight of daily challenges her family faces. When she heard free dental care was available, she said it felt like an opportunity she had been waiting for for a very long time.

That day, her smile was restored, but so was something deeper.

After her treatment, she looked in the mirror with tears in her eyes and quietly shared that the wait had truly been worth it. She left with renewed confidence, hope, and joy.

Moments like this remind us that dental care is about so much more than teeth. It is about dignity, compassion, and reminding people they are seen, valued, and loved. 🦷✨

💙 For Jhane Navara Patricia Soriano, a nanny from Davao City, dental pain had been a part of life for as long as she could remember.

Broken teeth made even the simplest daily tasks a struggle. Though the condition had been with her since childhood, the cost of care always felt out of reach. As someone who prioritized her family's basic needs above her own, visiting a dentist had never felt like an option — until now.

When she learned that free dental care was available, she felt both hopeful and nervous. It had been years since her last visit, and the thought of having four teeth extracted was daunting. But her desire for relief — and to finally feel confident in her own smile — was stronger than her fear.

That courage was worth it. 🥹🦷

Our Mexico outpost is reaching deeper into underserved communities, all the way to a brand new site near the Mexico–Guatemala border. Because no distance is too far when someone is in need.

🧒 Dedicated pediatric dentists are giving children something many of them have never had before — their very first dental visit, filled with gentleness and compassion.

🤝 With the incredible support of partners like Henry Schein, Inc., our teams are equipped to deliver high-quality treatment even in the most challenging environments.

❤️ And most recently, our team had the privilege of caring for patients with special needs — a powerful reminder of why this mission exists in the first place.

At the start of the year, our outreaches in Kigali and Bugesera brought together returning dental students who were eager to serve and make a real impact 🙌

Despite heavy rains and challenging conditions 🌧️, the team showed up and delivered dental education, fluoride treatments, and screenings to school communities, including nursery-aged children for the very first time 👶🦷

Dentists and little ones? It can go really well… or really not 😅

But this time, it was something special 💛

These small patients were curious, cooperative, and open to care. One young girl stood out. She had significant dental needs, yet she showed incredible courage and willingly received her check-up and fluoride treatment ✨
