Concealing a FUT Hair Transplant Scar with Scalp Micropigmentation
I show my client Bob, who has a large scar on the back of his scalp from a FUT hair transplant procedure. We use scalp micropigmentation to conceal the scar, and I share a before and immediately after result.

Facelift and brow lift scars? We don’t know her. 🤫✨
Elena completely transformed this client’s confidence with a custom, two-step paramedical tattoo approach! If you’ve been searching for the best way to hide surgical scarring, this is it.
Here is how Elena achieved these seamless results:
Step 1: Skin Camouflage 🎨 We started by targeting the visible scar on the face using custom-blended skin tone pigments. This scar camouflage technique blends the scar texture and color right into her natural skin tone.
Step 2: Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) 🩺 We took it a step further! Because the scar extended past the hairline, Elena used scalp micropigmentation to camouflage the scalp portion. By adding a delicate sprinkle of faux hair follicles, the gap in the hair is less visible.
From skin camouflage to SMP, combining these techniques creates the ultimate, undetectable camouflage for post-op scars.
✨ Done by the Elena.
