Imagine I offered you $100,000—would you take it? Of course you would. Now, what if I buried that $100,000 in a pile of crap 💩. You can still have it if you dig it out? Would you still do it? Most likely, yes, because that $100,000 has value to you.
Now consider truth. Does it hold value for you? If it does, you might find that uncovering it requires a similar effort—sometimes you have to dig through unpleasant, messy situations to get to it.
But here’s the catch: there are times when you dig through all that crap and don’t find the actual truth. Instead, you end up with dirty hands and the realize what you thought was true is actually a lie.
Disappointing? Sure. But there’s still value in it. Discovering that a supposed truth is false dispels an illusion, freeing you from being misled.
Why that matters: you can’t begin a genuine search for truth if you’re clinging to a lie. So, whether you uncover the truth or a lie, the effort is worthwhile—much like digging for that $100,000.

Nothing tops being physically strong. No drugs, no supplements, no tech gadgets…NOTHING. It's not even close. If you have strong muscle - you have stronger bones, tendons, and more. You are Harder to Kill! (Mic drop)
Find out where you're at on the strength scale right now. I cover 4 Barbell exercises. 3 Bodyweight exercises, and 1 Grip strength exercise.
Squats - Bench press - Deadlift - Shoulder press - Chin up - Push up - Plank - Dead hang (1 and 2 arm version).
From Decent to Optimal range. Obviously there are advanced athletic levels. But I want everyone to focus on being at least Decent at each of these. Then strive to eventually reach Optimal.
Strength (Muscle) can lower all-cause mortality by the greatest margin of anything known…and it's literally FREE! (Besides time, effort, and maybe a $10 monthly gym)

How do you know if your fit? Or how to get fit?
Young and Old, Average or Athlete... these subjects are universal.
Figure out where you are at using these metrics and you will know how healthy you are.

Overpopulation? How about some real statistics. Does the past elitist view of eugenics factor into this?
ICE AGE coming! No wait...its GLOBAL WARMING! Damn, not happening...CLIMATE CRISIS! Really, where is the problem? These authoritative models are always WAY off. As well they bring about dread and fear. Pollution is real, but the collective average person is not the problem. Huge industries and militaries have a major impact you should know about.
Centralized power? All of our choices are being eaten up by huge conglomerate corporations. Creating monopolies where we only have the illusion of choice. Everything you want and need to live is owned by a handful of entities!
But... there is always another way than the supposed divine direction provided by elite propaganda. ENJOY!
