WRMC
At WRMC, we know communities are not just buildings—they are the people who live, work, and thrive in them. This is the heart of Stewardship by WRMC.

“Leadership you can feel” looks different in every community, but the impact is always lasting.
“Kevin Hoffman is the best GM The Mayfair has had in my 22 years of living there. He is the best. Please take good care of him! Jo is wonderful too and we love her. They make a great team!”
— Michelle B., Resident, The Mayfair
“The support from all leadership, but specifically Stephen Haydel as we transitioned through several changes. He was always available to advise, assist and lead from the front to keep things moving.”
— Zync, Resident
We are grateful for the leaders, onsite teams, and community professionals who continue showing up for residents every day through responsiveness, consistency, and genuine care.

An incredible evening at the CAI DFW Awards Gala this past Saturday, celebrating the people who continue to shape and strengthen our industry.
We are especially proud to share that our founder, Worth Ross, was inducted into the CAI DFW Hall of Fame. Worth’s legacy continues to be felt across WRMC and throughout the industry, grounded in a vision of service, stewardship, and long-term impact. His commitment to CAI and the communities we serve has helped shape not only our organization, but the standard we hold ourselves to each day. This recognition is a meaningful reflection of the influence he has had over the years, and one that is incredibly well deserved.
We are also thrilled to celebrate David Quins, who was named Newcomer Manager of the Year. In a short amount of time, David has distinguished himself through his professionalism, consistency, and the level of care he brings to his role. He approaches his work with focus and accountability, building trust with both his community and peers. This award is a testament to the strong impression he has made and the impact he continues to have.
It was a night full of support, celebration, and well-earned recognition, and we are grateful to be part of such a strong and inspiring community. Congratulations again to Worth and David on these outstanding achievements!
When people talk about management, they usually talk about tasks.
But partnership looks different.
It’s the relationship behind the decisions. The consistency behind the day-to-day. The trust that builds over time between a Board, a team, and the people who call a community home.
At this master-planned community, that partnership has meant stronger communication, clearer direction, and a community that feels more connected and supported.
Hearing it directly from their Board President says more than we ever could.
More to come in this series as we share what partnership looks like across the communities we serve.
