🎒❤️ BACKPACK DRIVE – THIS SATURDAY! ❤️🎒

Helping Around Town (HAT) is excited to partner with several local ministries to bless students in our community with FREE backpacks and school supplies!

🎒 Open to ALL students!
✅ No registration required — simply come by and receive school supplies while they last.

This community event is made possible through the generosity and partnership of many churches, ministries, organizations, and volunteers who share one mission: serving our community and helping students start the school year prepared for success.

This day makes my heart so happy thanks to everyone who donates and helps us be able to help our senior friends each and every week ❤️🙏

If you have ever driven through Monroe, you have likely seen her.
I’m not going to say her name and this is not her photo. But I am going to tell a little of her story.

She has been on the streets of Monroe for many years. I’ve never seen her when she was in her right mind and not on anything.

I’ve seen her standing out in the middle of 74 with only a shirt on clueless to the cars going around her.

I’ve seen her walk right out in front of traffic on 74 and cars have to lock it down to avoid hitting her. Yet, she never even blinked.

She is always so strung out that she doesn’t know what she is doing. I gave her a blanket last year during the storm, others give her food and clothes.

But what if we all prayed for her?
Can you imagine 10 thousand people praying for her?

So I’m asking you to not only pray for her but to share this and ask others to pray for her as well.

There is no way God doesn’t have a plan for her. It’s unbelievable to me that she has survived this long. I believe she has because somebody is praying for her. Maybe a mother lays awake at night praying for her.

Let’s help her and pray for her too.

All of Union county praying can change her life.
I couldn’t go to bed tonight without making this post. It’s weighed heavy on my heart for almost 3 weeks now.
