Please welcome Tom Stoffo to the Spire Home Office as VP, Technology. His deep knowledge of hotel technology platforms, telecom systems, and hotel applications, combined with a practical, solutions-oriented approach, will enhance the Owner Services team’s ability to deliver reliable and scalable technology support to both hotel teams and ownership groups.

Tom is an accomplished hospitality technology executive with more than 20 years of experience leading information systems, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives across hotel and resort portfolios. He most recently served as Vice President of Technology at Mainsail Lodging & Development, where he was responsible for enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity, and operational performance.

Earlier in his career, Tom held technology leadership roles with organizations including Davidson Hospitality Group and Interstate Hotels & Resorts, building a strong foundation in hotel IT operations and large-scale implementations.

Tom is a recognized leader in the hospitality technology space. He was named Certified Hospitality Technology Professional (CHTP) of the Year in 2013 by HFTP (Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals) and was honored as a Top 50 Technology Professional in 2024 by OnConferences. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Technology Management from St. Petersburg College and is known for aligning technology strategy with business performance, operational efficiency, and guest ex. Outside of work, Tom is an avid fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Tampa Bay Lightning. Above all, he is most proud of his role as a father to his daughter, Rio (27), and his son, Reese (24).
