New agents must be willing to:
Attend meetings, seminars, and programs to learn about our products and services, learn new financial strategies, and be coachable in developing new accounting skills.
Take an Online Study Course to prepare for the “General Lines” Agent Texas State Exam.
Be Available for Hands-On Training, sitting with Brokers/Directors and clients during evening and Weekends as necessary during certification period.
Once Licensed and Certified you will be expected to:
Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policies.
Be Responsible for identifying sales opportunities for insurance plans and overseeing a portfolio of clients.
Seek out new clients and develop clientele and generate lists of prospective clients.
Select the company that offers the best type of coverage requested by the client to submit the policy.
Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals on behalf of insurance companies, including term, permanent, annuities, and final expense.
The position is Part-Time to Full-Time or until you are Certified.
Potential to make more when you do more.
Part-Time Compensation from $2,500 t0 $6,000 Monthly, paid out twice a week.
Full-Time Compensation From $6,000 to $14,000 Monthly, paid out twice a week.

Must have:
- Good Transportation
- Ability to Work in The United States of America
- Clean Criminal(No Felonies) History and able to Get State Licencing
