We are leveling up and we couldn't be more excited to share what's coming.

The American Recovery Association is growing fast, and to match that momentum, we're proud to announce some exciting leadership changes that will take ARA to new heights!

Wayne Ray is stepping into a brand new CEO role. Wayne has been a powerhouse since joining ARA in 2024 as our first-ever Director of Commercial Operations - growing revenue, driving innovation, and serving on our Technology Committee. Now, he's taking the wheel to lead ARA's strategic direction and push our national initiatives even further.

Executive Director Todd Squires isn't going anywhere - he's doubling down on the big stuff, including the PEP retirement program, strengthening our committees, and building the systems that will fuel ARA's growth for years to come.

And we're thrilled to welcome JoAnna Deaver as our new Operations Manager! Joanna is the engine that keeps everything running smoothly - overseeing day-to-day operations and making sure we're firing on all cylinders.

This is a huge moment for ARA, and the best is truly yet to come.
