The latest Susan T lunch/dinner feature at The Nelson Golf & Sports Club. Grilled Chili Spiced Jumbo Shrimp w Charred Jalapeño Lime Vinaigrette,
Baby Arugula, Cherry Tomato, Avocado, Radish, Basil, Charred Diced Pineapple and Garnished with Toasted Coconut. Shrimp is one of the richest sources of complete protein among seafood. This high quality protein is excellent for building lean muscle, weight management, heart health and healthy aging. Shrimp also provides important vitamins & minerals crucial to wellness: vitamins A, B, C, D & E as well as minerals selenium, choline & beta carotene. Chef Jimmy and I showcased LifeUpright 30/40/30 Healthy Lunch/Dinner Features Wednesday evening at The Nelson Golf and Sports Club. We had over 60 people in attendance that enjoyed individual samples of 3 of the features prepared and beautifully presented by Chef and his staff. What champions! I presented nutrition information and explained the benefits of the 30/40/30 dietary plan. Many thanks to Steve Trinh and Chef for taking pictures of the delicious food and the crowd at the event and for all the awesome members and guests who attended.

Chef Jimmy and I were excited to showcase our collaboration of bringing LifeUpright 30/40/30 Healthy Lunch/Dinner options to the members and guests at The Nelson’s Cocktails & Connections event Wednesday evening. I was this month’s speaker to share nutrition and wellness information and the health benefits of following a 30/40/30 balanced nutrition plan.
