Meet Callum Farber (he/him)! Callum is a Junior Atmospheric Science major and a member of the air subteam. He is most excited about the moment when all of the finished components of the tethersonde come together and we can start taking field measurements. Outside of CUGeodata, Callum’s hobbies include skateboarding, rock climbing, and music.

“The tethersonde project is the kind of undergraduate research I have been looking for, and has given me the opportunity to further my practical knowledge in the field of atmospheric science. I am working on designing casings for the radiosonde sensor and the reel control circuit as well as constructing the radiosonde sensor itself.” - Callum

As we reach the last day of classes, the CU GeoData subteams wrap up their semester presentations. Great job this year everyone! We can't wait to share more amazing projects with you all next year!

Meet Nikhil Jhaveri! Nikhil is a Junior Economics major and a member of the business subteam. He is most excited about getting more sponsors to ensure CUGeodata is able to be funded for years to come. Outside of CUGeodata, Nikhil’s hobbies include playing basketball, reading fantasy books, and watching the Mets.
