Today we are thrilled to celebrate Kelsey Lee on her 10-year milestone with IC3! 🌟👏

Kelsey got her start with us as a Kendal Toddler Teacher’s Assistant and has truly grown within our center over the past decade. Through hard work, dedication, and a genuine love for early childhood education, she has stepped into her current role as a Kendal Infant Teacher with grace and confidence 🌈👶✨

Kelsey is known for being friendly, dedicated, and deeply committed to working alongside families to provide the highest quality care for children 🤝💛. Her calm presence and thoughtful approach help create a nurturing environment where our youngest learners can thrive.

We are so grateful for the many ways she has contributed to IC3 over the last 10 years—and we are lucky to continue growing with her! 🌟🏫💙
