“Let’s Talk” is a drop-in service that offers informal, confidential consultation with a Cornell Health counselor. 👥
Let’s Talk consultations are ...
- FREE and open to all Cornell students
- Available M-FRI at different campus locations, and online
- Offered first-come, first-served (no appointment necessary)
-Typically about 20-25Â minutes in length
- Informal, and not a substitute for counseling
- Not appropriate for urgent concerns or mental health emergencies
During a Let’s Talk consultation, a CAPS counselor can listen to specific problems, help you explore solutions, and introduce you to what it’s like to speak with CAPS staff. 💫
Starting today, drop by 626 Thurston Ave, Room 103 to chat with Aden on Mondays between 1:30-3pm! đź’ś
