Meet our Administrative Assistant, Sara!


Sara joined the WR team in 2022 and has been helping keep daily operations running smoothly ever since. As an Administrative Assistant, she supports both our team and our clients through a variety of administrative tasks. No two days are ever the same, which keeps the role interesting and allows her to help wherever she is needed most.

One of the things Sara enjoys most about working at WR is the knowledge, expertise, and dedication of the team. She appreciates how everyone works together to solve problems, adapt to unique situations, and provide the best possible outcomes for both people and wildlife.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her family, being actively involved in her children's lives, and relaxing with a good book.

If given the opportunity to spend a day in the field, Sara says it would be difficult to choose just one animal or pest to focus on. She is particularly interested in flying squirrels, bats, and raccoons, and enjoys learning how their behavior changes with the seasons, weather, and surrounding environment.

She is also fascinated by the architecture of local buildings and would enjoy seeing firsthand how wildlife interactions vary from one property to another. Equally important to her is the opportunity to meet clients in person. Through her work in the office, she has heard many meaningful stories and would love the chance to see firsthand how WR makes a difference for both people and wildlife.

Why Sara believes humane wildlife control is important:
"I think we have an obligation and responsibility to the animals we cohabitate with to treat them and the environment with respect."

Meet our Wildlife & Pest Control Technician, TJ!


TJ joined Wildlife Resolutions in 2022. He is a Licensed Nuisance Wildlife Control Operator and a Certified Commercial Pesticide Technician. TJ maintains annual OSHA Safety training and stays current with Structural Bat Standards, Structural Bird Management Standards, Structural Rodent Standards, and Zoonotic Disease Training. He also brings extensive knowledge in construction, property maintenance, and property management.

TJ has known John, the president of Wildlife Resolutions, since high school. After spending years working in the building trades, TJ was interested in getting into the wildlife control field. When Wildlife Resolutions needed additional help, John brought TJ on as a Wildlife Technician. He has continued building his experience and knowledge within the industry ever since.

Outside of work, TJ enjoys volunteering in his community, playing volleyball, and spending time with his wife and children.

TJ is known for his compassionate approach and strives to leave every customer feeling relieved and at peace with the work completed. His strengths on the job include successful trapping programs and quality repair work on damaged areas of homes where wildlife have gained entry.

TJ believes humane wildlife control is important because it helps reduce damage to homes and properties while also limiting the potential spread of diseases.

TJ’s Advice for Homeowners Dealing with Wildlife & Pest Issues:
“Hire a professional and stay off the internet.”
