The Establishment is officially closed for the semester! Twenty-seven nights of management teams, full dining rooms, a few curveballs, a couple of spilled drinks, and a lot of growth over the semester.
Thank you all our course assistants for helping make Establishment possible! And a BIG thank you to Brittney Meade for keeping all of the faculty, staff, course assistants, and students on track.
We look forward to welcoming everyone back into our dining room in the Fall!

Restaurant Management, also known as Establishment, is where a concept turns into a real service. Students develop the menu, lead the team, manage the flow of the dining room, and adjust in real time when things change.
It’s busy, a little unpredictable, and always worth it.
