We're always looking for ways to give our athletes the best training experience possible.

That's why we've added the ANCOREX to PDC!
We've had the AncorePro's for a while now (and we love them), but this thing is next level.

This isn't just equipment—it's a tool that allows our athletes to perform hundreds of exercises focused on:

-Speed & Power Development
-Rotational Strength
-Shoulder Health & Injury Prevention
-Sport-Specific Movement Patterns

One of the biggest advantages? Athletes can move quickly between exercises and training stations without wasting time adjusting another piece of equipment, helping us keep sessions moving and maximize every minute in the gym.

We're excited to put the AncorEx's to work and continue providing our athletes with the resources they need to perform at their highest level.

We're especially proud that 8 of those athletes train right here at PDC.

These young women have earned their recognition due to their consistency and working hard when no one is watching. We're grateful for the opportunity to be a small part of their journey and to watch them continue to raise the standard both on and off the field.

We have the best female athlete population in Bucks County, and they continue to show why season after season!
