Kitchen Little — the artisan bakeshop and café inside Sandhill Crane Vineyards — is looking for a Bakeshop & Café Assistant to join our small but mighty team!

If you love good food, local wine, and the rhythm of a busy kitchen, this could be the perfect fit.

Position: Bakeshop & Café Assistant
Location: Sandhill Crane Vineyards, Jackson, MI
Type: Part-time, flexible hours (weekends required)

What You’ll Do:
• Assist with daily baking, prep, and café service
• Support our wholesale and event production
• Help with food plating and presentation during tastings and winery events
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Interact with guests in a warm, welcoming way

What We’re Looking For:
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a kitchen or café setting
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Food service or baking experience is helpful, but not required
• Must be 18+ and able to work on-site at Sandhill Crane Vineyards

Planning a visit to Sandhill Crane Vineyards or Kitchen Little this summer? Please note that Brills Lake Rd is currently under construction and will have limited access through early September so like our namesake cranes, you’ll need to take a new migration route to reach us!

🦤 Use Sargent or Race Rd now through early September. Brills will be passable when the project allows.
