Yesterday I announced my candidacy for a third term in the Wyoming State House representing HD22. It's an honor to serve my constituents and Wyoming. When asked why I'm running, my answer is simple: the future. I'm grateful for my family's unwavering support, without which I wouldn't be effective in public service. Proud to receive this recognition from ! Although the majority of your Wyoming House of Representatives didn’t have a chance to vote on a public wildlife bill this past budget session I support wildlife as it belongs to the public!
Did your Senator or Representative champion public lands and public wildlife, or did they vote to sell off our heritage? Find out by following this link

I continued to be baffled that leadership in the Wyoming House are claiming any victories this session related to the school recalibration bill or the budget.
The school recalibration bill that came out of of the interim committee died two times on introduction on the House side because it was a terrible bill. The Senate brought a late mirror bill, which was heavily amended by Senator Rothfuss, subsequently amended more in the House, and ultimately passed. Was it perfect? No, but I was proud to support it. Its success had nothing to do with the freedom caucus or House leadership and everything to do with collaboration and compromise. Details matter.
The Joint Appropriations Budget wasn’t much different. It was drafted poorly with little logic or care for reality and intended to hurt our everyday way of life in Wyoming. Some of the committee members admitted to being given scripts to read during drafting of the bill and had little to no knowledge of what was actually in the bill. Once again, the Senate passed solid amendments that made the budget better. When the bill made it do the joint conference committee between Hosue and Senate members the House caved to the majority of Senate positions and we got a budget passed. Zero to do with the freedom caucus or House leadership. Details matter.
Pay attention. Get informed.

Of Wyoming Freedom Caucus’ 10 priorities, only 1 became law - KHOL 89.1 FM On the last day of the budget session, the caucus said the two-thirds requirement hindered their ability to fully achieve all their goals. But they said they governed well and pointed to other wins.
