My Why!

Throughout my life’s adversities loosing my HOPE for my life I gave in to Su***de Attempts twice in 1999 and 2001., I was motivated to recover and have spent the past 17 years learning coping skills and other techniques to keep me from relapse. I use community organizational involvement to help keep my mind in a positive direction. I use my experiences of my mental health illness to help others today. HOPE is what others have lost as I had at one time in my life. Today I work part time as a Certified Peer Support Specialist giving others that HOPE they have lost while learning so much in the process from them. This is My Why!
