Botanica is seeking a skilled, reliable, and client-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing practice.

We specialize in orthopedic, therapeutic, and results-driven bodywork that helps clients move better, feel better, and live with less pain.

This is not a high-volume spa environment. We prioritize clinical thinking, unrushed sessions, clean and professional standards, and meaningful client outcomes over “back-to-back” burnout scheduling.

What You’ll Do
Provide customized therapeutic/orthopedic massage sessions

Assess client needs and adapt treatment plans accordingly

Maintain clear, professional communication and documentation

Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation protocols between every client

Prepare and reset treatment rooms to Botanica’s cleanliness standards

Support a calm, welcoming environment for clients

Arrive on time and maintain consistent availability

What We’re Looking For

-Active state massage therapy license and current professional liability insurance

-Strong knowledge of anatomy and pain-relief techniques

-Experience with therapeutic, deep tissue, or orthopedic work preferred

-Professional, dependable, and self-motivated

-Respect for sanitation, organization, and high standards of care

-Team player with excellent communication skills

-Desire to grow clinically
