No money down?
When we started our real estate investing business, we heard stories about other investors acquiring properties with little to no money of their own. How did they do it? We recently closed on our first property with no money of our own.
⏰We spent time networking with friends & family spending extra time with those interested in REI.
💵We offered a set rate of return with a promissory note. This plan allowed our friends to ease into REI while we were able to provide the down payment. Win Win!

Everytime we drove by the mailboxes on our new property I would cringe. It’s amazing what a little time & paint will do. Already had a tenant drive by and share how much it means to have nice mailboxes again. It’s the little things.
