I just wanted to send a PSA. Whatever day your trash gets picked up, we'll be there just like always unless some disaster has occurred in which case we would post a delay here.

If it's normally picked up at 9 AM and it's now noon, we're running the route differently, started at a different time, had to manage trucks in this extreme cold, are dealing with terrible roads, or whatever else but we will be there. We're always there.

I get a LOT of phone calls when Mark isn't there right when a customer expects him to be but please be aware that he's managing 150-200+ stops per day. Please be patient, especially this time of year.

Of course, that doesn't preclude us from making a mistake now and then and if it's actually late in the day and we haven't been there, that's when it's a good time to shoot me a text.

For our Wednesday customers, he will likely be well behind your normal time for the foreseeable future as he's currently covering both my route as well as his due to my knee surgery yesterday.

To our Wednesday customers that haven't been picked up yet today, Sept 3rd, we apologize for the delay. We suffered multiple mechanical setbacks on the trucks today combined with a serious injury (I'll be ok - it looks like a blown knee - I see the surgeon tomorrow).

Mark is working double time to take up the slack, but he was unable to finish today's pickups, specifically Parma, Rives, and the rest of our northwest customers. He will be getting an early start tomorrow (Thursday) morning and we'll be caught up and back on schedule by the end of the day.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience. We strive to provide a consistent and reliable service. Today was just one too many curveballs to overcome.
