Technique was honored to be a panelist at the Race to Talent event held at Jackson College's ATC building and we left feeling more energized than ever about the future of skilled trades in our community.

Being recognized alongside outstanding employers like MACI, Gerdau, and Lomar for our work in apprenticeships is something we don't take lightly. Apprenticeships aren't just a program to us they're how we build the next generation of precision manufacturers.

A huge thank you to JAMA, LEO, Michigan Works, and Jackson College for bringing this together and for the incredible work they do every day connecting employers with the talent pipeline our industry needs.
