4-5 cloves garlic minced
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1/2 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp paprika
2. Tbsp fresh parsley
1 tbsp chives
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
