Bouquet tosses originated in ancient England. After the wedding ceremony occurred, guests in attendance would try and rip off pieces of the bride's dress (yikes) or bridal bouquet as these were thought to bestow good luck and fortune to those who got one.
So glad we don't do the besmirching of gown or flower anymore, but I love the hype that happens around the tossing of the bouquet, and the smile of the woman who catches it!

I was the chess champion of fifth grade and I've barely played chess since, obviously missing out on what could have been a Queen's Gambit Level international chess career.

I'm afraid of heights but I LOVE rollercoasters. Especially the upsidedown loop ones.

I hate injustice. One time I got sent to the principal's office with my besties
and for putting up posters all over the school protesting the fact that the school board wouldn't let one of the senior class's favourite teachers speak at graduation that year. We were juniors.

I'm an Ennegream 4, a Pisces, an ENFJ, an Energy Profiling Type 4/1, and a dog AND cat person.

My sense of intuition is very highly developed and sometimes I think I have ESP because I know something is about to happen before it does, or I'll suddenly know when someone is having a hard time or thinking of me even if they haven't told me.

I love floral design and took a class on it in college at BYU. I also watch makeup tutorials on YouTube daily ( ). In a pinch I've made bouquets and done makeup (and hair) for my brides.

I have an ear for languages and accents. If I were to live in England it would genuinely be easier for me to pick up a British accent than to keep my California one.

I speak Spanish and Portuguese and I dream of shooting weddings in Spain and Portugal ASAP.

Travelling makes me feel more alive than anything besides shooting, so when I can combine the two (which is often thanks to you wonderful people) I'm in absolute H E A V E N.
