2. ELIGIBILITY: Each contest is open only to legal U.S. residents, its territories, and possessions who have a valid social security number or tax ID number, over the age of 18. Magnolia Federal Credit Union, officers, directors, shareholders, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win unless otherwise noted. (Family members include: spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses.) Participants and winners must reside within the Magnolia Federal Credit Union service area.

3. WINNER SELECTION: Employees of Magnolia Federal Credit Union or designated party will judge the contest and/or choose the winners. All decisions are final.

4. PRIZES: Winners will receive merchandise specified in the entry drawing in which they inquired, entered and/or commented. The prize is non-transferrable and may not be exchanged for cash. No substitutions are allowed. Contests are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified within 5 days. Inability to contact a winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Winners have 48 hours to respond and 5 business days to claim and pick up their prize from the time it is publically announced on the verified Magnolia Federal Credit Union page. Winners may be required to show proof of identification. Winners will be selected at random as specified in each contest (weekly, monthly, etc.). Magnolia Federal Credit Union officials will pick winners through a random selection. All decisions are final. All prizes must be picked up at a Magnolia Federal Credit Union Branch, unless otherwise stated in the contest language.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

a. Participants hereby grant Magnolia Federal Credit Union a non-exclusive, perpetual license to broadcast, publish, store, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise use information/comments given in all media now known and later come into being for purposes of trade or advertising without further compensation.

b. Magnolia Federal Credit Union is under no obligation to use any Submission.

c. Winners will be required to execute and return a Certificate of Eligibility, Consent and General Release form (if deemed necessary) within 14 days of notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any income tax liability is the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. USE OF CONTEST INFORMATION: All entries become the property of Magnolia Federal Credit Union reserves the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including submissions provided by the contestants, for editorial, marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

8. NOT ENDORSED BY FACEBOOK: By participating in our contests, you acknowledge that this contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and release Facebook from any and all liability arising from or related to this contest. The information you are providing for this contest is being provided to Magnolia Federal Credit Union and not to Facebook, and will be used to notify you if you have won, and to inform you about special offers from Magnolia Federal Credit Union and our trusted partners.

9. CONDUCT: All contest participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Magnolia Federal Credit Union in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its web site or is otherwise in violation of these rules.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Magnolia Federal Credit Union is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, Magnolia Federal Credit Union may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Entrants further agree to release Magnolia Federal Credit Union from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the contest.

RULES for #newcarface contest 8/2018

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Membership is not required to participate in the prize drawing.

2. ELIGIBILITY – Participation is limited to eligible persons who are 18 years or older. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Promotion period begins 08/01/2018 and ends 8/31/2018 and applies to entries actually received by Magnolia Federal Credit Union during this period. The winner will be notified by the Credit Union. If any prize is unclaimed, an alternate winner will be chosen. Employees, officers, directors of the Credit Union and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children and their spouses) and persons living in the same households of each of the above are ineligible.

3. PRIZES – The Credit Union will award one person a Magnolia Visa® Gift Card, valued at $500.

4. HOW TO ENTER – With your auto loan you are automatically entered in to the drawing. You can also enter by emailing [email protected] or Non-electronic entries can be mailed on an index card with name, address, phone number and email Magnolia Federal Credit Union, 240 Briarwood Drive, Jackson, MS 39206 Attention: Marketing. One entry per envelope. The Credit Union is not responsible for lost, late, misdelivered, incomplete or postage-due entries. One entry per person.

5. WINNER SELECTIONS – One winner will be selected on 09/03/2018 at random from eligible entries. The selection of a prize winner will be final. The selected winner will be notified by mail, telephone, or email, following the drawing week. In the event a selected winner is unreachable within seven days or cannot accept the prize for any reason, the selected winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. No transfer or substitution of prize permitted by winner. No cash or other considerations will be paid. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entry forms received.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION – Magnolia Federal Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Campaign and acceptance of a prize. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Magnolia Federal Credit Union, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Campaign. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to hold Magnolia Federal Credit Union and its employees harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Campaign or acceptance, receipt, possession, or misuse of the prize. Magnolia Federal Credit Union is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the administration of the Campaign or in the announcement of the prize.

7. PUBLICITY AUTHORIZATION – By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Magnolia Federal Credit Union may use winner's name, likeness and city name for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
