LTI has purchased an Epsilon ONE® optical non-contact extensometer for our 60K tensile machine to provide increased testing options. The non-contact extensometer is an ideal solution for testing brittle, porous and additively manufactured materials which could damage a contact extensometer. This will allow us to increase capacity and provide full stress-strain curves (thru-break testing) with increased throughput. Contact [email protected] for more information.
