✨ Wednesday Wellness: Gentle Movement ✨

Gentle movement matters, especially in the middle of a busy week. 🌿
�You don’t need an intense workout to support your mental health. Small, intentional movements throughout the week can help reduce stress, release tension, improve mood, and reconnect you with your body.

If your nervous system is feeling a little overloaded, try a few minutes of slow, mindful movement today. Here are some gentle stretches you can do at home, no equipment needed:

🧘‍♀️ Neck Release�Sit comfortably. Slowly tilt your head to the right, bringing your ear toward your shoulder. Hold for 3–5 deep breaths. Switch sides and repeat.

🌬 Shoulder Rolls�Inhale as you lift your shoulders up toward your ears. Exhale as you roll them back and down. Repeat 5 times, then reverse direction.

🌱 Seated Side Stretch�Raise your right arm overhead and gently lean to the left. Keep breathing into your side body for 3 breaths. Switch sides.

🐈 Cat–Cow (Seated or on the floor)�Inhale, gently arch your back and lift your chest.�Exhale, round your spine and drop your chin.�Move slowly for 5–8 breaths.

Remember: gentle movement is about listening to your body, not pushing it. Even a few minutes can make a difference. 💚
