Allison Insurance Group a local, family owned, independent insurance agency, is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Group Benefits Assistant. As a Group Benefits Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our group benefits team by ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of benefit enrollments and ensure timely and accurate delivery of service to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced field of insurance and make a difference in the lives of our valued clients.

Responsibilities:
Assist with the enrollment and administration of group benefits
Process and maintain accurate records
Handle client inquiries and provide high-quality customer service
Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues or concerns
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for clients and their employees

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to adapt to a variety of tasks each day.

Life and health insurance license required by law but options available to obtain once hired.

Job can be part time or full time based on your skills, abilities, and needs.
