Job Title: Sales Specialist / Closer – Fashion Academy

Location: Remote

About Us: Our academy offers cutting-edge courses designed for aspiring designers, stylists, and fashion entrepreneurs. We’re looking for highly skilled sellers and closers to join our team and help us grow by bringing in passionate designers who are eager to learn and succeed in the fashion industry.

Pay:

$15-$18/hr
1st and 2nd shifts available

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with fashion designers via social media (Instagram only) to understand their needs, and guide them toward enrolling in a course.
Use your expert communication and persuasion skills to close sales and meet or exceed targets.

Build and nurture relationships with prospective designers through email, and social media.
Represent our academy with professionalism, passion, and a deep knowledge of our courses and offerings.(You will be trained on the courses and offerings)

Provide feedback to the leadership team on student expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven sales experience, preferably in high-ticket or educational sales (fashion industry experience a plus!).

Ability to close deals quickly and efficiently with a focus on providing value to potential clients.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building rapport.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
