As promised, we’re continuing our introductions of the amazing new ladies who joined our front desk team in January 💙

Today, we’re excited to introduce Grace, one of our Membership Clerks, and a friendly face you’ll see the moment you walk through our doors.

💙 Her role at the Healthplex:
Grace loves greeting and connecting with our members and is especially passionate about creating a welcoming environment—particularly for those who are new to the gym and may be feeling a little nervous starting their fitness journey.

💙 Why health & wellness?
Healthcare has been a passion of Grace’s for years. Her experiences have taught her the importance of caring for both the mind and the body, and she’s always eager to keep learning more about overall health and well-being.

💙 Something you might not know:
Grace is currently a Radiologic Technology student at UMMC and is on track to graduate in 2027 👏

💙 How she supports her own well-being:
While she’s easing into gym life and staying active, Grace strongly believes mental health is just as important. She’s a big advocate for mental health days—using them to relax, reset, and recharge.

💙 Her encouragement for you:
