This summer, LifeWays is offering an interactive youth wellness program, Wellness Waves.🌊

🫧 Kids will explore exercise, nutrition, and wellness through interactive activities each week.
🫧 Enjoy Cardio Drumming, games, crafts, and weekly prizes, while setting wellness goals.
🫧 Attending each week boosts their chances of winning the grand prize!

The 5-week program runs every Thursday, from 1-2pm, starting July 9th and running through August 6th.

At LifeWays' Crisis Residential Unit, adults experiencing a mental health crisis can access short-term support in a safe and supportive environment. Recovery looks different for everyone, but no one should have to face a crisis alone.
