13 years ago that photo was my office.
Folding table. Unfinished walls. A fan. A laptop. And a decision to keep going.
We are halfway through the year and I know some of you are feeling it right now. The frustration. The doubt. The temptation to quit on something that is actually working.
I wrote something this month that I think you need to read.
It is about the journey. About what we miss when we are so focused on the destination that we forget to actually live. About why just because you cannot see it does not mean it is not growing.

Back in October while getting my oil change, I spent some time pouring into the sales team at a car dealership. They weren't a client, I just wanted to help.
Today I went back for anopther oil change and one of the young guys told me he’s now the #1 in sales.
Moments like that are my why. Never taking for granted the opportunity to pour into someone’s life.
