We are excited to welcome Holmes Bolanos to the Decons Energy team as our Engineering Manager and Senior Engineering Mentor.

Holmes brings extensive industry experience, technical leadership, and a strong passion for mentoring and developing the next generation of engineering professionals. In his new role, he will lead our growing engineering team, provide technical guidance, support professional development, and help strengthen our engineering excellence as we continue to expand.

Today we are celebrating Hector and the many ways he has helped develop our Dominican Republic team as we welcome him back to our headquarters in Jacksonville.

Hector has contributed above and beyond working as a Senior Engineer at Decons Energy. Through his leadership, he has taken on a role as a trusted mentor to younger engineers and is always willing to share his knowledge. He exemplifies our values of teamwork, professionalism and respect for our team. His sense of humor and positive attitude make tough days a little easier on everyone around him.
