Classic Recap: *long post*
Going into the weekend we knew there would be some stout competition. This is the one race everyone wants to go to! Starting off practice Saturday, bad luck involving motor issues. Thankfully a local engine builder was willing to evaluate and quickly fix our issue, getting us out just in time for second practice. Rolled off and qualified with my personal fastest lap time 16.204 we were so happy. We were over the moon about it!! This weekend we changed things up and had a different spotter (Dylan)

Saturday night we had good momentum going into the race. I spun tires on the start of the race, and had to quickly gather it up. Going later into the race I waited too long to make a move on a car that costed me many positions, driver error on my part. Didn’t finish as good as we would like, finished 14th out of 29 cars.

My spotter and I had a talk early that morning making a game plan so that yesterday’s mistakes wouldn’t happen again. Our plan was to be more aggressive and strategically pick people off one by one and that’s exactly what we did. Mid race I made a driver error, that caused me to spin around. This mistake caused me to start at the back of the field for the remaining laps. At this point we knew we had to dig hard in the race to get back towards the front of the field. Picking off cars as we went. Last lap came and I was able to pass the 07 heading to the checkered flag.
My best finish yet with some very experienced drivers. Top ten finish for Sunday, ending the night 9th out of 26 cars!

I would like to thank my sponsors this season making it happen for me Coastal Liquidations, Johnston Pain Management, Jeff and Brian, Fast Track Designs, Davis Farms and The Tiny Tack Room. I would also like to thank my husband Paul Williamson and his dad Steve for all their hard work they do on this car, making it possible for me to race. Thank you Dylan for jumping in and being there for me for this weekend. It was really cool to have both my parents in my pits all weekend! Big thank you to Jenna for being by my side every weekend I race, people don’t realize how much time racing takes and the sacrifices the team members take. Thank you to all my family, fans and supporters that follow me to each race and show support.

Our race season has officially ended, I am beyond grateful for the knowledge and experience I have gained this year from others. Stay tuned for some big news coming up in 2026💗🏁
