**Hiring full-time/ part-time Office Administrator**

We’re an industry leading, locally owned and operated, service business
looking for positive, energetic, hardworking individuals to join our team!

Coordinate office activities and operations
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and databases
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Manage monthly projects; including customer reports, invoices, and other requests of management
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (Excel, Word, etc)
- Experience with Quickbooks
- High school diploma

*Experience in the pool industry is not required.
