Saturday Morning Yoga + Ruck on April 25th at 9 am!

Join us for a morning of movement, connection, and community

Under the bridge by the water (near the stage)

Schedule:
🕗 8:45 AM – Meet up + grab a spot together
🧘‍♀️ 9:00–10:00 AM – Yoga session starts
🎒 10:05 AM – Regroup for the ruck
🚶‍♀️ 10:10 AM – Ruck/Walk begins

Come for one part or stay for it all… yoga, rucking/walking, or just being in community. No pressure, just good people and good vibes.

We’re partnering with in support of sobriety, whether that’s your journey or someone you love. This is a space for women to show up, be supported, and not do life alone.

Enjoy an unforgettable evening featuring a Southern-Latin Barn Dinner by Chef Michael Lugo, including a whole roasted pig on-site! Plus:

- Hot air balloon rides (weather permitting)
- Silent auction
- Community fellowship
- Inspiring recovery stories

Come out and support a great cause where all proceeds benefit Recovery RX and Comeback Recovery Homes, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to bringing health, fitness, and hope to those in recovery. Casual dress.

We’re still sweating (and smiling) from this past weekend’s Sober Saturday: Ruck + Yoga.

It was so hot, we ended up having Florida Hot Yoga, complete with the soundtrack of crashing waves, ocean breeze, “fans” decided to have a power outage, and sunscreen was our yoga mats’ best friend. But despite the heat, everyone stuck it out, showed up, and moved together. That’s what makes moments like this so powerful: sometimes it’s hard to show up, some days we really don’t want to, but we do it for something bigger than ourselves.
