💥Did you know that each oil and fat has a different smoke point?
A smoke point is the temperature at which the oil will burn and become damaged.

💥𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐯𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐫 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐭 𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐢𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐢𝐥 𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐭.
