Joi Perkins - Realtor®

Joi Perkins is a Broker-Associate, specializing in Jacksonville’s historic neighborhoods, particularly Riverside, Avondale, Ortega, San Marco, Springfield, and Murray Hill.

With over 25 years of experience in the real estate field, Joi and her team have sold over 600 homes, won countless top producer awards, and helped several investors profit millions and reap incredible returns. Due to their track record of success, she was able to sell her first boutique brokerage to a larger franchise before her 40th birthday. She loves this exciting career, and she never loses her enthusiasm for helping her clients win and achieve their goals, from buying their first bungalow to downsizing from their waterfront estate. She prides herself on successfully and easily guiding clients through the contractual, investment, and emotional decisions involved in the real estate process.
