Southern-grown peaches, cream cheese Danish filling made with local eggs and organic sugar in our made-from-scratch croissant - using organic flour, sourdough starter, organic sugar, local milk, and laminated with sheets of butter until there are perfectly light and crispy layers. 🌻

We'll be closed June 30th through July 6th, reopening July 7th. Every year we make sure our team is paid for this time — because rest matters, and we want them to truly enjoy it. We know you'll miss us (we'll miss you too!), but we always come back to the ovens with fresh energy and big ideas. See you on the 7th!

Wainwright milk is back in stock! We are so excited to buy from Wainwright Dairy and to offer their whole milk for all of our coffee drinks and baked goods. We love our local food system and supporting the economy of North East Florida 💸🐄👛

We have two of our lovely FOH ladies moving from Jax and that means we have two positions opening up in June! One is full time and one is part time, weekend availability is needed for both. We offer competitive starting wages based on experience, health insurance for full time employees, accrued PTO for all, two paid weeks off a year, meals every shift, and we are always working to improve our work environment.
