CSS Landscaping,Inc is looking for qualified, hard-working individuals who are excited about being a part of a fast growing company and look forward to growing with us.

Currently we are looking for team members who enjoy working outside and can work well with others. We have multiple positions available within our Maintenance Division.

Job Responsibilities:

Work with crew to provide landscape services to all properties on your route. This includes Mowing, Trimming, W**d Wacking, Edging, Blowing, Unloading and Loading equipment at each property, Removing loose trash and debris from landscape area prior to mowing, removing weeds from sidewalks, curb lines and beds, and dead heading flowers.
Fuel Equipment Daily.
Report Property Damage to Route Manager
Follow proper safety protocols while working with equipment.
Always appear and act professional and courteous at each job site.
Provide excellent customer service and be professional when customers decide to speak with you on a job site.
Quality Control. Make sure all jobs are done up to CSS Landscaping,Inc standards at each job site.

Required Skills

Self-Motivated - This is a very independent position, and we are looking for individuals who are self-motivated to get the jobs done in a timely manner and are in constant communication with their Route Manager/Crew Leaders to make sure all work is getting completed each day.
Willing to Learn - Training will be provided as far as safety protocols, operating commercial equipment & managing your crew.
Great Customer Service - While you are not expected to speak with customers on a regular basis, customers will come out to speak to you about specific issues or things they want changed. You should be able to speak and act professionally while working with these customers.
Ability to Communicate well with others: In addition to communicating job requirements within your crew, you must also be in constant communication with your Route Manager. This includes reading and interpreting data, information and documents, and writing down details about jobs performed at each property to pass along to your Route Manager
Physical Requirements - This is a physically demanding job. Employees are regularly asked to lift and or move items up to 60 lbs. You will be constantly moving between various pieces of equipment.
Must have a valid Driver's License

Currently we are looking for team members who enjoy working outside and can work well with others. We have positions available within our Lawn Spray and Fertilization division.

Job Responsibilities:

-Uses spray truck, tank sprayer or backpack sprayer to apply chemicals in field.
-Applies fertilizer or pesticide to projects as directed.
-Analyzes and reports field problems as seen on a daily basis.
-Maintains required chemical application records and standards
-May have direct contact with clients providing the, exceptional customer service and problem solving
-Ensures that company equipment is maintained and protected at all times.
-Ensures a safe environment for employees, customers and the general public
