I go above and beyond because I genuinely care. I’ve celebrated milestones with clients by showing up to graduations, surprised them with thoughtful gifts, and every now and then you might even receive a complimentary brow wax or tint just because I appreciate your support.

Most importantly, I communicate. If something doesn’t go as planned, I believe in having a conversation and working through it with respect. At the same time, my policies exist to protect my business and ensure fairness for everyone, and those policies remain in place.
