Special Weather Statement from the National Weather Service in Buffalo.

"Fog is expanding late this evening over portions of Western New
York. Expect visibilities to continue to lower into the overnight
hours. Locally dense fog is possible with visibilities less than
one half mile. If travelling into the overnight hours over
western New York, be prepared for locally reduced visibility. Be
sure to increase your following distance behind vehicles and to
use the low beam setting on headlights."
