The first foundation of the season is now complete, and we're moving forward with framing this week. This addition will provide a more spacious and functional kitchen. We look forward to discussing your upcoming project with you.

Here are before and after photos of some of our other projects. Significant changes have been made.

We completed a project last year that included a substantial 2400sqft addition, boasting a walkout basement and expansive deck. By incorporating the Trex Rainescape system, we created an additional dry area under the deck. The upper floor was comprised of two generously sized bedrooms with walk-in closets, as well as an exercise room and office. The lower level featured a half bath and a spacious great room, complete with a bar and beautiful fireplace.

This project involved a full gut renovation of an existing bedroom and bathroom, taken down to the studs. We redesigned the layout to improve flow and functionality and vaulted the bedroom ceiling to create a more open, spacious feel. In the bathroom, we installed Ditra-Heat radiant floor warming and constructed a beautifully finished, curbless shower for a seamless, modern look.
