Today was the day to start the application to become a BODi Affiliate and I have begun the process.

It actually was incredibly complicated but I think I did everything correctly and now am awaiting approval from the company that is managing this for BODi called Impact.

Once I’m set up I can share links with anyone that wants to order discounted items through me.

Watching the BODi announcement GALA where CEO Carl D. is explaining the philosophy behind the major focus change to total health esteem that also drove the decision to drop the name “Beachbody” because that’s not what we want to be telling people is the ultimate goal.

As many of you know, I was morbidly obese at age 51 and have made myself that way because of my own choices.

I decided to give P90X a try as a last resort and I believe God led me to it so I could have a new lease on being able to live a life that was greatly enhanced in my ability to live fully and to fully pursue the purposes that God has given me for my time here on earth.

In 6 months time I had lost nearly 100 pounds and had transformed my health.

At that time I was given a new purpose to add to others in my life of actually helping others to enhance their health and fitness too.

It’s been a passion of mine now for 12 years and I’ve been privileged to have helped many people along the way (well over 100 directly and perhaps thousands indirectly through my story being shared on the Beachbody platform)

God gave me a platform by allowing me to be a Challenge Finalist and share my story with thousands. I’ve always believed that experience came from God and it was not about ME.

It’s a blessing and continues to be so and I do see it as a “calling” along with sharing my Faith and message of spiritual health that prepares us for eternity with the ultimate Transformation of placing our trust in Jesus Christ.

I’ve always had the philosophy and approach that this should be about having the ability to “LIVE LIFE FULLY” rather than to totally focus on having a 6-pack or hourglass figure.

I’ve also always said it should be individually focused and that’s my approach when advising those that have chosen me to help them.

I’ve never been comfortable with the name “BEACHbody” so I am thrilled for this change of name.

I’ve also been very pleased with the additions to the streaming platform over the last 2-3 years that have given more tools to help with “mindset”, stress management and sensible nutrition as well as new workout programs that allow people of all fitness levels to access.

This is a GREAT change!
