Helping early-stage entrepreneurs move from idea to first revenue with practical guidance, local support, and accountability.

Most founders can get a business off the ground. Far fewer build one that stays standing.

We're thrilled to welcome Chad Beier and Jeff Bubolz, co-founders of Wisconsin Agility, to tonight's next Business Readiness Program Master Class, live at 6:00PM.

As Professional Scrum Trainers and fractional leadership consultants, they've worked with organizations at every inflection point and seen the patterns that separate sustainable businesses from ones that stall out.

See you soon!

1. 𝘊𝘰𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘵 1 𝘢𝘭𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘴.
Eight founders finished the first round with legal businesses and real revenue in the bank. $34K generated in Q1. 866+ customer conversations. That's not a hypothetical outcome. That's what happened the first time we ran this.

2. 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦, 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘰𝘳𝘺.
This isn't a lecture series where you take notes and go home. Every week is built around action: talk to customers, set your pricing, build your entity, make your first sale. You leave with a business, not a binder.

3. 𝘈𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘱𝘶𝘴𝘩𝘦𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥.
Founders show up every Friday, for lunch, for eight straight weeks. No disappearing for three weeks and hoping momentum comes back on its own. The weekly rhythm is what turns "I have an idea" into "I have a business."

4. 𝘈 𝘣𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘵-𝘪𝘯 𝘯𝘦𝘵𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘢𝘯'𝘵 𝘣𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥 𝘢𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘦.
Cohort 1 founders left with 1,000+ new contacts between them. Customers, mentors, other founders who get exactly what you're building. That kind of network usually takes years to build on your own. Here, it happens in eight weeks.

5. 𝘈 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘪𝘵.
Pitch Night isn't just a nice wrap-up. It's a room full of investors, community leaders, and supporters watching you present a business you built from scratch, with real numbers behind

The Business Readiness Program is now accepting applications for the BRP Accelerator Grant.

This quarterly grant provides $500 in direct funding to support small businesses, startups, and nonprofits as they continue building, improving, and growing. The funding can be used for practical business needs such as tools, inventory, marketing, licenses, software, supplies, operational costs, or another investment that helps move the business forward.

This is direct funding, so there is no repayment requirement and BRP does not take an ownership stake.

Priority consideration is given to BRP program graduates and participants, including those who have completed the Idea to First Dollar Incubator, attended a Master Class, or participated in other BRP educational programming. However, all eligible businesses and nonprofits are encouraged to apply.

Applications close June 26, and the application fee is $15.
